About Me

Aloha, I'm Alyssa! I'm a mom, wife, daughter, BELIEVER and proud Okinawan! I'm also a pharmacist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and GGS-1 Women's Coaching Specialist. Having been born and raise in Hawaii, I get the privilege of living here with my family.

To be honest ... I chased skinny for decades—starting in high school and all through my twenties when I believed thin meant worthy. I taught step aerobics in college which I loved but I also developed an eating disorder because I chased an image of what I thought my body was supposed to look like. I cycled through almost every fad and detox diet. In my thirties, I numbed the stress of work and life with food, wine and busyness ... but by my mid-30s I was soft, sore, tired—and still trying to shrink myself.

What finally changed everything? Finally learning that building muscle—not chasing diets—was the lever that improved it all: hormones, mood, labs, energy, body shape.

I started helping friends, became evidence-based, and now coach women like me: busy, high-achieving, craving more strength and less shame.

I still have pain, still work on anxiety, but I now feed my family and myself to perform and feel good, not to punish or restrict. Sleep, food, and lifting weights are my medicine—and my message.

My mission: To grow and empower a community that transform us into healthier, happier versions of ourselves. I'm passionate about building muscle, boosting energy, balancing our hormones, and reducing disease risks. Plus, who doesn't also love the feeling of enjoying our bodies and curves?

Our community exists to empower and uplift one another, shatter limiting beliefs, and inspire our children to believe they can achieve anything. Let's embrace aging gracefully, finding comfort in our souls, clarity in our minds, and pure love for those curves in our jeans.

Join me on this journey to unstoppable vitality!
